Questions, answered
Will it delete or archive a workbook?
No. WebRun only reads Tableau and writes the shortlist into Airtable and Notion. Archiving or deleting content is irreversible, so it stays with your site admin after the owner has been asked.
How is a workbook judged unused?
By view count and last accessed date over a window you choose, such as ninety days. A workbook with no views in that window makes the shortlist, with its owner and project named beside it.
What about a report that only runs once a year?
Mark it as keep in the Airtable status column and WebRun leaves it off future shortlists, so seasonal and annual reporting is not mistaken for abandoned content.
