Questions, answered
Does it match the Square payout to my bank account deposit automatically?
WebRun logs the Square payout details in a sheet your bookkeeper uses alongside the bank statement. The actual bank match is confirmed by your bookkeeper or accounting software.
Does it capture Square's processing fees separately?
Yes. Each row includes gross sales, total fees deducted, and net payout so your records show the full breakdown, not just the amount that hit the bank.
Can it push the data directly to QuickBooks?
The Google Sheets log is the primary output. Ask your WebRun setup to also log to a QuickBooks-connected sheet or use the QuickBooks import flow as a second step.
