In short

How do I track my podcast episode performance every week?

WebRun opens Spotify for Creators every Monday, reads plays, listeners, and follower movement for each recent episode, and writes one row per episode into Airtable. It then emails you a short scorecard naming your best and weakest episode, so you see what worked without opening a dashboard.

  • A weekly scorecard lands before you open a dashboard
  • Every episode has a permanent Airtable row with plays and listeners
  • Weak episodes surface in week one, not a quarter later

Questions, answered

Will it email my listeners or guests?

No. The only email it sends goes to your own address. WebRun never contacts listeners, guests, or sponsors from this run, and any outbound message you add later is left as a draft for you to approve.

What if I did not publish an episode this week?

It still runs and reports on your back catalogue. Older episodes keep accruing plays, so the scorecard shows how the existing library performed even in a quiet week.

Does it change anything in my show?

No. WebRun only reads your analytics in Spotify for Creators. It never edits an episode, changes a title, or publishes anything on your behalf.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
