Warn your team tonight about tomorrow's tray shortages
Every evening, WebRun opens Censis, compares tomorrow's scheduled cases against your available processed tray and set inventory, texts your on-call supervisor through Twilio if any scheduled case is short a tray, and posts the full gap list to your SPD Teams channel so there's still time to process more or arrange a loaner before the first case of the day.

Questions, answered
Will it call the loaner vendor for me?
No. WebRun only warns your team which case is short and what tray is missing. Deciding to process overnight, borrow, or call a vendor stays with your SPD supervisor.
Does it check the whole day's schedule or just the first case?
The whole day. It checks every scheduled case against available tray inventory, then sorts the gap list by earliest case time so the most urgent gap is easy to spot.
What if a tray finishes processing overnight?
It only flags cases where the required tray is not expected to finish in time. A tray already mid-cycle and on pace does not trigger a warning.
