How does it decide what is high-priority?
It flags mentions from accounts above a follower threshold you set, or any mention with negative wording. You can tune both thresholds in the plan.
Does it track hashtags too?
Yes. Add your branded hashtags to the keyword list and WebRun will monitor those alongside direct @mentions.
