Never let your Sinch balance run dry

Every morning, WebRun signs in to the Sinch dashboard, reads your account balance and the last 7 days of message and call spend, calculates how many days of credit remain at the current burn rate, WhatsApps you when that number drops below your limit, and books a top-up reminder in Google Calendar.

In short

How do I get alerted before my SMS credit runs out?

WebRun reads your Sinch balance and the last 7 days of message and call spend every morning, then divides one by the other to show how many days of credit remain. It WhatsApps you when runway drops below your limit and books a Google Calendar top-up reminder before the projected zero date.

  • You see the zero date days ahead, so no message fails for lack of credit
  • A spend spike is named the morning after it happens
  • The top-up reminder lands in your calendar without you thinking about it

Questions, answered

Will it top up my account or charge my card?

No. WebRun never adds credit, never enters payment details, and never buys anything. It tells you how many days are left and books a reminder. The top-up is always yours to make.

How does it work out days of credit left?

It divides your current Sinch balance by the average daily spend over the last 7 days. Both the window and the warning threshold are yours to set.

Does it message my customers?

No. WebRun does not send SMS, place calls, or trigger verifications through Sinch. It reads the dashboard and messages only you on WhatsApp.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
