In short

How do I automatically send sign installation schedules from Cyrious to my crew each morning?

WebRun opens Cyrious each morning and pulls every sign installation scheduled for today and the next two days. It groups the jobs by installer, adds the site address, job type, and notes, then posts a structured schedule digest to your Slack crew channel before anyone leaves the shop. Missing assignments are flagged automatically.

  • Every installer knows their jobs for the day before leaving the shop
  • Missing crew assignments are caught before they cause a missed appointment
  • Coordinators spend zero time manually building and sending schedules

Questions, answered

Does it notify customers about their installation?

No. The digest goes to your internal Slack channel only. Customer-facing notifications are not sent automatically and would need to be handled separately and reviewed before sending.

What if an installation has no crew assigned in Cyrious?

WebRun flags it in the digest so you can assign someone before the morning is over. It will not quietly skip jobs with missing assignments.

Can it cover installs further out than two days?

Yes. The look-ahead window is configurable. You can extend it to a week or more depending on how far in advance your crew plans their routes.

Put this on autopilot.
