Missing assignments are flagged automatically.

Questions, answered
Does it notify customers about their installation?
No. The digest goes to your internal Slack channel only. Customer-facing notifications are not sent automatically and would need to be handled separately and reviewed before sending.
What if an installation has no crew assigned in Cyrious?
WebRun flags it in the digest so you can assign someone before the morning is over. It will not quietly skip jobs with missing assignments.
Can it cover installs further out than two days?
Yes. The look-ahead window is configurable. You can extend it to a week or more depending on how far in advance your crew plans their routes.
