Questions, answered
Will it extend or delete links on its own?
No. WebRun only reads expiry dates and reports them. Extending, reissuing or revoking a link is left to the owner, because those changes affect what a client can reach.
Does it message clients about their links?
Never. The Slack post and the Teams message both go to your own team. WebRun does not contact the recipient of a share link at any point.
How does it know which links matter most?
It flags links the recipient has never opened, because an unopened link that expires means the client never got the file at all. Those sit at the top of the list.
