In short

How do I track salon no-shows and late cancellations?

Every night, WebRun opens Boulevard, reviews the day's appointments, and pulls every no-show and late cancellation with the client, stylist, service, and lost slot value. It logs each to a Google Sheet, tallies repeat offenders across recent weeks, and posts your team a Slack flag report of the chair time lost, so patterns surface fast.

  • No-shows and late cancels surface every night, with the lost value shown
  • Repeat offenders are flagged so you can ask for a deposit
  • Policy decisions get backed by a running record, not a hunch

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens dashboard.joinblvd.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

Questions, answered

Will it charge clients or message them?

No. This is an internal report. WebRun only reads the appointment calendar in Boulevard and posts your team a flag report in Slack. It never charges a no-show fee or contacts a client. Whether to apply a fee or require a deposit stays with you.

How does it tell a late cancel from a normal one?

It reads each cancellation's timestamp against your late-cancel window in Boulevard. Cancellations inside that window, plus anything marked no-show, land on the report. Cancellations made with enough notice are left off.

How does it find repeat offenders?

It keeps a running history in the Google Sheet, so each time a client no-shows or late-cancels it adds to their tally. The Slack report calls out anyone who has now done it more than once recently, so a pattern is easy to see.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
