Questions, answered
Will it send chaser emails to customers without my approval?
No. Customer chaser emails are drafted and held in a review queue. The F&I manager approves each one before it is sent. Only the internal Telegram alert to your manager goes out automatically.
What documents does it check for?
You configure the required document checklist during setup to match your dealership's F&I process. Common items include proof of insurance, trade-in title, financing approval, and signed purchase agreement.
What if a document was collected but not logged in IDS Astra?
WebRun reads the document status as it appears in IDS Astra. If a document was received but not updated in the system, the F&I manager will see it flagged and can mark it resolved after confirming.
