In short

How do I automatically send crews their daily roofing schedule each evening?

WebRun reads JobNimbus every evening, groups tomorrow's jobs by crew, pulls any pre-job photos and notes from CompanyCam, and posts each crew lead a Slack digest with the job address, type, start time, and materials needed, so every crew starts the day fully briefed without a single phone call.

  • Every crew lead has tomorrow's full schedule in Slack before leaving home
  • Pre-job photos and notes from CompanyCam are included in every briefing
  • Operations managers stop spending mornings dispatching crews by phone

Questions, answered

Does it message crew members directly?

It posts to a shared Slack channel and tags each crew lead. No individual text messages or emails are sent to crew members. Your operations manager sees all posts.

What if a job gets rescheduled after the evening digest goes out?

The digest reflects JobNimbus as of the evening run. If a job is rescheduled overnight, the crew lead or operations manager should update the team manually using the Slack thread.

Can it include weather or traffic warnings?

Not in the default setup, but you can ask WebRun to pull a weather note for each job's zip code and include it in the digest as an extra line.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
