Chase down new account paperwork for you

Every morning, WebRun opens Redtail Technology to find accounts opened in the last 30 days, checks each one's paperwork status in DocuSign, and posts a Slack list of which forms are signed, which are outstanding, and how many days each has been waiting.

In short

How do I track which new account paperwork is still outstanding?

WebRun checks new account paperwork every morning by matching accounts opened in Redtail Technology against their live signature status in DocuSign. It posts a Slack list split into signed, partially signed, and not started, with the longest outstanding accounts at the top, so nothing stalls in the opening process. It never contacts a client to chase a signature on its own.

  • No new account paperwork sits unsigned without you knowing
  • The oldest outstanding signatures surface first, every morning
  • Nothing required for an account type gets missed

Questions, answered

Does it send signature reminders to clients?

No. WebRun only reads the signature status in DocuSign and reports it internally. Any nudge to a client to sign is one you send yourself.

How does it decide what paperwork is required?

It reads the account type from Redtail Technology and checks the envelope in DocuSign for each document that account type needs, so nothing required gets missed.

What counts as outstanding?

Any required document not yet fully signed. It tracks how many days each has been waiting so the oldest, most at risk accounts surface first.

Put this on autopilot.
