Questions, answered
Will it send reminders to patients automatically?
No. WebRun drafts every patient reminder and holds it in a queue for staff review. Nothing is sent to a patient without a staff member approving it first, keeping all patient communication under your control.
How does it know which labs are overdue?
It reads each patient's last recorded lab date in Elation and compares it against the standard monitoring interval for their rheumatology medication, flagging anyone who has exceeded that interval.
What if a patient had labs done outside the practice?
If the external result was recorded in Elation, it is counted. If not, that patient will appear on the list, giving staff the chance to verify before any reminder goes out.
