Deliver a daily data-ingestion status digest for your revenue pipeline

Every morning, WebRun opens Leapfin to check the status of overnight data ingestion across your connected transaction sources, verifies that Stripe settlement data has landed and been processed, flags any feeds that failed or returned incomplete data, and posts a clear status digest to your accounting Slack channel before the team starts work.

In short

How do I automatically monitor Leapfin data ingestion status each morning?

WebRun checks Leapfin's data-ingestion dashboard every morning to verify that overnight transaction feeds from all sources including Stripe have landed correctly, flags any failures or delays, and posts a clear status digest to your accounting Slack channel. Your team knows before 8:00 AM whether any feed needs attention before the day's close tasks begin.

  • Feed failures are caught before 8 AM, not discovered at close
  • Stripe ingestion count discrepancies surface automatically each morning
  • The accounting team starts every day knowing their data pipeline is healthy

Questions, answered

Does it automatically retry a failed data ingestion?

No. WebRun flags the failure in the Slack digest and tags the responsible team member. Retrying or fixing the feed is handled by your data engineering or accounting ops team.

What counts as a failed ingestion in the digest?

A source is flagged red if it has returned zero records, produced an error in the Leapfin ingestion log, or has not refreshed within 2 hours of its expected schedule.

Can it monitor sources other than Stripe?

Yes. WebRun reads the ingestion status for every source connected to Leapfin. Add any payment processor, billing system, or data warehouse Leapfin already ingests from.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
