Questions, answered

Can it post to a team-wide channel or just managers?

You choose the channel. Many retailers post to a public team channel for motivation and a separate management channel with the full detail. WebRun can post to both in a single run.

Can it hide staff names and use first names only?

Yes. Tell WebRun to use first names only, or to anonymize with a ranking number if you prefer staff not to be named publicly in Slack. You control the display format.

Does it account for part-time staff who worked fewer hours?

Lightspeed reports raw sales totals rather than per-hour rates, so WebRun posts the gross figures by default. If you want a per-hour comparison, note your staff hours in a Google Sheet and WebRun can factor them in.

Put this on autopilot.
