Questions, answered

Does WebRun adjust inventory counts in Lightspeed automatically?

No. WebRun reads and reports only. Any inventory adjustment in Lightspeed requires a manager to review the variance data and manually approve a correction inside the POS.

How often does it need a physical count to be accurate?

WebRun works with whatever count data exists in Lightspeed. The more frequently you complete physical or cycle counts, the more accurate the variance report. Even monthly counts give useful weekly trend data.

Can it distinguish between theft and data entry errors?

WebRun flags the variance and the category but cannot determine the cause. The manager column in Google Sheets is where your team records the root cause after investigating each flagged item.
