No. WebRun surfaces the low-stock list in Slack for your buyer to review. Placing orders with suppliers is a financial action your team handles, so it is never done automatically.
How does it know the reorder point for each item?
It reads the reorder point you have set on each product inside Lightspeed Retail. If an item has no reorder point set, WebRun can flag it separately so you can configure one.
Can it run more than once a day for fast-moving items?
Yes. Set it to run every few hours and it will post an updated alert each time stock dips below threshold, so high-velocity SKUs get flagged the same day they hit the reorder level.
