Roll up every outlet's sales into one nightly digest

Every night after outlets close, WebRun opens Restroworks, pulls each outlet's gross sales, covers, and average ticket for the day, appends a dated row per outlet to a shared Google Sheet, and posts a ranked digest to Microsoft Teams so ops leadership sees the whole chain before morning.

In short

How do I get a nightly sales digest across every outlet in Restroworks?

Every night after close, WebRun opens Restroworks, totals each outlet's gross sales, covers, and average ticket, and logs a dated row per outlet to a shared Google Sheet. It then posts a ranked digest to Microsoft Teams, so ops leadership sees the whole chain's performance and any outlet down against last week before morning.

  • Ops leadership sees every outlet's numbers before the next morning, not days later
  • An outlet down more than 10 percent versus last week is flagged automatically
  • Every outlet's daily numbers land in one shared sheet, not scattered reports

Questions, answered

Does it change any sales data in Restroworks?

No. WebRun only reads the closing sales numbers from Restroworks. It never edits an order, a total, or a report, so the source data stays exactly as your outlets closed it.

How does it decide which outlet needs attention?

It compares each outlet's gross sales to the same day last week and flags anything down more than 10 percent, so the digest surfaces a problem outlet before a manager has to go looking for one.

Does every outlet have to close at the same time?

No. WebRun waits until 11:30 PM and reads whatever sales are posted in Restroworks at that point, so outlets on slightly different closing schedules are all still captured in the same nightly digest.
