Does it bill demurrage automatically?
No. WebRun posts an internal Slack alert with the minutes over and the running demurrage. Dispatch decides how to handle the wait and whether to log it as chargeable, so nothing is billed on its own.
How does it measure wait time?
It reads each truck's on-site arrival time in Dispatch360 and counts the minutes elapsed against the free unloading allowance for that job, updating every few minutes.
When does the alert fire?
Once a job crosses its free unloading time. WebRun then keeps the running overrun and demurrage visible so dispatch can chase the crew before more trucks stack up behind it.
