Follow up with cattle buyers before they go elsewhere

Every Monday, WebRun opens your buyer contact log in Google Sheets, finds buyers you quoted or spoke with in the past 7 days who have not yet responded or committed, checks current market prices in Performance Livestock Analytics for context, drafts a follow-up email for each buyer in Gmail, and posts a Slack summary so you know exactly which drafts are waiting for your review.

In short

How do I automatically follow up with cattle buyers after a quote?

Every Monday, WebRun reviews your buyer contact log in Google Sheets and finds quotes from the past 7 days with no response or commitment. It checks current prices in Performance Livestock Analytics for context and drafts a follow-up email in Gmail for each open buyer. A Slack summary tells you which drafts are waiting for your review before any message is sent.

  • No buyer quote goes more than 7 days without a follow-up
  • Follow-up drafts ready each Monday morning for one-click review and send
  • Current market price context included in every draft so buyers see you track the market

Questions, answered

Will it send follow-up emails to buyers without my approval?

No. Every follow-up email is drafted in Gmail and left unsent. Nothing reaches a buyer until you review each draft and send it yourself.

How does it know which buyers still need a follow-up?

It reads your buyer contact log in Google Sheets. Buyers who have a response or commitment date logged are skipped automatically. Only open, uncommitted quotes trigger a draft.

Can I customize the tone or content of the follow-up drafts?

Yes. At setup you provide WebRun with example follow-up language or a preferred tone. It uses that as its template for every draft so messages stay consistent with your voice.
