Chase the proposals that have gone quiet
Every Monday, WebRun opens Proposify, finds every proposal sent more than a week ago that has not been opened or signed, posts the full stalled list to Telegram sorted by value, and texts the rep on Twilio about the single largest stalled proposal, so a big deal never quietly sits waiting on a client who has not even opened it.

How do I chase proposals that have not been opened or signed?
Every Monday, WebRun opens Proposify and finds every proposal sent more than a week ago that has not been opened or signed, noting the client and value for each. It posts the stalled list to Telegram and texts the rep on Twilio about the single largest one, so a big proposal never sits quietly waiting on a client who has not even opened it.
- Stalled proposals surface every Monday instead of going unnoticed for weeks
- The largest deal gets a direct text, not just a channel post
- Chasing is based on real view and signature data, not guesswork

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Does it resend or edit the proposal itself?
No. WebRun only flags which proposals are stalled. Resending, editing, or following up on a proposal is still a decision made by the rep in Proposify.
How does it know a proposal has not been opened?
It reads the view and signature tracking Proposify already captures on every sent proposal, so a proposal only counts as stalled once genuinely nothing has happened for a week.
What if a client opens the proposal right after the check runs?
It will drop off next Monday's list once Proposify records the open, so the chase list always reflects current status, not last week's.
