In short

How do I track the status of my open insurance claims?

WebRun tracks your open Progressive commercial claims every Monday. It reads each claim's status, policy, vehicle, outstanding documents, and any payment issued, updates a claim log in Google Sheets, and sends a Telegram note naming what moved and what has stalled, without a single phone call.

  • Every open claim carries a status and days since it last moved
  • Stalled claims are named each Monday instead of found by chance
  • Payments and closed claims file themselves into a settled tab

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens account.apps.progressive.com/access/login in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Progressive - read open claim status
    progressive.com

WebRun opens Progressive to read open claim status.
    • Sign in to your Progressive commercial account and open the claims list
    • For each open claim, capture the claim number, the policy and vehicle it belongs to, the current status, and the date of loss
    • Note any documents still requested and any payment already issued

Done when Every open claim is captured with its current status, policy, and outstanding requests.

  3. 2
Google Sheets - update the claim log

WebRun in Google Sheets: update the claim log
WebRun opens Google Sheets to update the claim log.
    • Update one row per claim with the status, the date it last changed, and the payment recorded
    • Add a column showing the days since the status last moved
    • Move claims marked closed and paid into a settled tab so the live sheet stays short

Done when The claim log matches this week's status for every open and recently settled claim.

  4. 3
Telegram - alert on stalled claims
    telegram.org How to Automate Telegram
WebRun in Telegram: alert on stalled claims
WebRun opens Telegram to alert on stalled claims.
    • Send a short weekly note naming the claims whose status changed since last Monday
    • List separately the claims that have not moved past your threshold or are still waiting on paperwork
    • Keep the note to the exceptions so a quiet week reads as one line

Done when You know which claims moved and which are stalled without calling for an update.

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it file a claim or submit documents for me?

No. WebRun only reads the claims already filed. It never starts a claim, uploads a document, accepts a settlement, or changes a policy on your Progressive account.

How does it know a claim is stalled?

It records the date each status last changed and counts the days since. Anything past the threshold you set is listed as stalled in the weekly Telegram note.

Can it cover several policies and vehicles?

Yes. It walks every open claim on the commercial policies in your account and records the policy and vehicle on each row, so a fleet stays readable in one sheet.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
