Questions, answered
Will it message customers automatically when their order is ready?
No. WebRun saves each pickup notification as a Gmail draft for your staff to review and send. No customer is contacted without a human approving the message first.
How often does it check for newly completed orders?
Every hour by default. You can change the frequency to every 30 minutes or every 2 hours to match your shop's typical completion pace.
What if an order is picked up before the notification is sent?
Staff can discard the draft in Gmail if the customer has already collected. The Slack list also serves as a double-check before sending any notification.
