How does it decide which leads are stale?
Any lead in Workiz without an associated scheduled job after 48 hours is flagged as stale. You can adjust this threshold during setup.
What if a lead was already converted yesterday but the job is not yet visible?
WebRun reads the live job status in Workiz each morning. If a job was created and linked to the lead after the previous run, that lead is automatically excluded from the worklist.
