How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it send the follow-up emails without my approval?
No. Every follow-up email is drafted and left unsent in Gmail for you to review and send. Nothing goes to a customer until you approve it.
How many days does it wait before drafting a follow-up?
The default threshold is two days after the estimate was sent. You can tell WebRun to use a different window during setup.
What if a quote was already accepted or declined?
WebRun reads the live status in Workiz each morning, so accepted or declined estimates are skipped and only genuinely open ones get a follow-up draft.
