Chase videos that stalled halfway through
Every Monday, WebRun opens your Powtoon workspace, lists the projects that have not been edited for two weeks and are still unfinished, records who owns each and how far along it is, posts the stalled list to Microsoft Teams, and nudges each creator on WhatsApp with just their own projects.

How do I track video projects that have stalled halfway?
WebRun opens your Powtoon workspace every Monday and lists the unfinished projects with no edit in 14 days, recording the owner and how far each got. It posts the stalled list to Microsoft Teams and nudges each creator on WhatsApp with their own projects and a request for a decision.
- Half-finished videos get a decision instead of drifting
- Each creator sees only their own stalled work
- Projects blocked on a script or asset are separated from forgotten ones

What does WebRun do on every run?
The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

1
Powtoon - find projects untouched for two weeks
WebRun opens Powtoon to find projects untouched for two weeks. - Open your Powtoon workspace and list every project that is not published or exported
- Capture the project name, owner, last edited date, and slide or scene count for each
- Flag anything with no edit in the last 14 days and note how long it has been sitting
Done when Every unfinished project is listed with its owner and days since the last edit.
-
2
Microsoft Teams - post the stalled list
WebRun opens Microsoft Teams to post the stalled list. - Post the stalled list to your content channel, longest untouched first
- Show owner, days since last edit, and how far the project got
- Separate projects waiting on a script or an asset from the ones simply forgotten
Done when The stalled list is in the content channel with owners named.
-
3
WhatsApp - nudge each creator
WebRun opens WhatsApp to nudge each creator. - Send each creator only their own stalled projects with the days since last edit
- Ask for one of three answers: finish it this week, hand it over, or archive it
- Note anything that has now been stalled for more than a month so it gets a decision rather than another nudge
Done when Every creator has their own stalled list on WhatsApp.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it delete or archive old projects?
No. WebRun reads your workspace and reports what has stalled. Deleting, archiving, publishing, and exporting all stay with the creator, so nothing is removed because a report ran.
How long before a project counts as stalled?
14 days with no edit and no publish, which is long enough to allow for a normal review cycle. Set a shorter window if your team ships weekly.
Do creators see everyone else's projects?
No. The full list posts to the Teams channel for the manager, while each creator receives only their own stalled projects on WhatsApp.
