How do I chase unpaid Podium payment requests?
Every Monday, WebRun opens Podium, finds the payment requests customers never completed, and records each one with its amount, customer and age. It logs the list in Airtable, posts the chase list to Slack, and drafts a reminder message per customer that waits for your approval before anything sends.
- Money already asked for stops sitting uncollected
- Every unpaid request has a reminder written and waiting
- No customer is messaged until a human approves the draft
Built for front-desk managers · local service businesses · clinics · auto shops

Questions, answered
Will it message customers without me?
No. Every reminder is left as an unsent draft on the customer's Podium conversation. You read it and send it, so nothing goes out on its own.
Does it take payments or change amounts?
No. WebRun never touches money. It reads the payment request status and drafts wording, and the customer pays through the original Podium request.
What about customers who already paid?
They are skipped. WebRun reads the live payment status in Podium each Monday, so a completed request is closed off in Airtable instead of chased.
