How do I make sure Podcastle recordings don't sit unedited?
WebRun checks Podcastle every morning for recorded sessions not yet marked edited, capturing each one's length, assigned editor, and how long it's been waiting. It posts the day's edit queue to Slack grouped by editor, and pings Telegram directly for anything untouched past three days, so a recording never quietly sits unedited until it's too late to publish on time.
- No recording sits unedited without anyone noticing
- Editors see their queue in Slack every morning
- A stale recording gets a direct ping before it threatens a deadline

Questions, answered
Does it edit the recordings itself?
No. WebRun only tracks what's waiting and how old it is. Editing in Podcastle is always done by a person.
How stale does a recording have to be to get a Telegram ping?
Past 3 days untouched. Anything newer just shows up in the regular Slack queue.
What if a recording has no assigned editor?
It still shows up in the Slack queue as unassigned, so it doesn't get missed just because nobody claimed it yet.
