Questions, answered
Will it delete projects from Podcastle after archiving?
No. WebRun copies the final audio and transcript into Drive and leaves the original project untouched. Deleting anything from your workspace stays a manual decision you make once you have checked the archive.
Will it publish or share an episode?
No. WebRun files finished exports into your own Drive folder. It never publishes to a podcast host, shares a link publicly, or posts an episode anywhere, so distribution stays entirely in your hands.
What if an episode has no transcript yet?
It is called out in the WhatsApp summary rather than archived half-finished. The folder is only created once both the final audio and the transcript exist, which keeps the archive consistent.
