In short

How do I make sure every new Printful product is ready before it launches?

WebRun checks Printful every morning for newly added products, runs a pre-launch readiness checklist for each one covering design, mockups, sync, pricing, and shipping, then logs pass/fail results to Google Sheets and creates a Google Calendar event on the planned launch date. Nothing is published automatically; every step is yours to confirm.

  • No new product launches with a missing design, mockup, or shipping profile
  • Every launch date is on your calendar with a reminder the day before
  • Failed checklist items are highlighted in the Sheet so they are fixed before launch

Questions, answered

Will it publish the product to my store automatically?

No. WebRun checks readiness and logs the results, but publishing the product to your storefront is always done by you after reviewing the checklist.

What checklist items does it verify?

It checks that a design file is uploaded, mockup images are generated, the product is synced to your store, a retail price is set, and a shipping profile is assigned. You can add custom items at setup.

Can I set different launch dates for different products?

Yes. You can specify a launch date per product in a Google Sheet column and WebRun will create the calendar event on that date, using today as the default if none is set.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
