Questions, answered
Does it send any financial data outside the practice?
No. The revenue digest goes only to your internal Slack channel and your own Google Sheet. No patient financial data is shared with any external party.
What if Nextech is slow to close yesterday's charges?
WebRun captures whatever is posted in Nextech at run time and flags any cases that appear unbilled, so your billing team can post missing charges before the daily close.
Can it break revenue down by provider or procedure?
Yes. The Google Sheet breakdown and Slack digest both include collections by procedure category by default. A provider-level breakdown can be added during setup.
