In short

How do I automatically flag unusual refunds at my pizzeria each morning?

WebRun opens your Slice account and Stripe dashboard every morning, reads all refunds issued the previous day, flags any that exceed your threshold or appear only in Stripe without a matching Slice record, and posts a clear exception list to Slack with a total dollar impact summary before your first order of the day.

  • Unusual refunds over your threshold flagged every morning before the day begins
  • Stripe-only refunds with no Slice match escalated immediately for fraud review
  • Total refund dollar impact visible in one daily Slack summary

Questions, answered

Does it issue or reverse any refunds automatically?

No. WebRun only reads and reports. It never initiates, modifies, or reverses a refund in Slice or Stripe. Every flagged item is for your manual review.

What triggers a high-priority flag?

A Stripe refund with no matching Slice order triggers high priority, as it may indicate an unauthorized refund. Any full-order refund over your set threshold is also escalated.

Can I set different thresholds for different order types?

Yes. Tell WebRun to apply a lower threshold for pickup orders and a higher one for large catering orders, and it will apply those rules on every daily scan.

Put this on autopilot.
