Questions, answered
How do I tell WebRun which prices to change?
Upload a Google Sheet or paste a list of item names and new prices before triggering the run. WebRun works through your list top to bottom and updates each one in Slice.
What if Slice requires manual steps for some items, like combo pricing?
WebRun flags any item it cannot update automatically in the Slack completion report, with a note explaining why. You handle those items manually and the rest are done.
Does it update prices on DoorDash or Uber Eats too?
It updates prices in your Slice account, which syncs to channels Slice manages. For platforms Slice does not manage, WebRun flags those in the report as requiring manual updates.
