In short

How do I keep a record of the license for every stock image we use?

WebRun opens your saved Pixabay collections once a month and records the contributor, page link, and license shown for every image. It posts the full register to Slack and flags in Microsoft Teams any image that has since been removed, so your asset paperwork stays current without anyone chasing it.

  • Every stock image has a documented contributor and license link
  • Images pulled from Pixabay are caught before they ship in a campaign
  • The register rebuilds itself monthly with no designer time spent

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens pixabay.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

    • Record the license terms shown on the image page
    • Note any saved image whose page no longer loads or is marked unavailable
    • Read only. Do not download the files

Done when Every image in your collections has a contributor, a link, and a license note.

    • Post the month's register to your design channel in Slack
    • Group images by collection and list contributor, link, and license for each
    • Keep the format identical every month so the channel history reads as a record

    • Post a short alert to the marketing channel in Microsoft Teams
    • Name every image that has been removed from Pixabay since the last run
    • Say where each removed image was last used so someone can swap it out
    • Skip the alert entirely when nothing has been removed

Done when The marketing team knows which images disappeared this month.

Questions, answered

Does it download the images?

No. WebRun reads each image page and records the link, the contributor, and the license text. File downloads are blocked by the policy on this template, so nothing lands on disk and your storage stays untouched.

Why does it matter if an image was removed from Pixabay?

A removed image is a signal to check where you used it. WebRun names each one in Teams along with its last known use, so a designer can swap it before it appears in a print run or a campaign.

Can it cover more than one collection?

Yes. Point it at as many Pixabay collections as you keep, and each is listed as its own group in the Slack register so client and campaign assets stay separated.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
