Questions, answered
Will it email pet owners about expiring vaccinations automatically?
No. WebRun drafts the reminder and leaves it in Gmail for your review. Nothing is sent to an owner until you approve and send it yourself.
How far in advance does it flag expiring records?
By default it flags vaccinations expiring within 30 days. Pets with visits booked in the next 14 days are marked urgent so you can prioritise them.
What if an owner uploads an updated record after the reminder is drafted?
Check Time To Pet before sending the draft. If the record is now current, simply delete the draft. Future Monday runs will not include that pet unless a new expiry is approaching.
