In short

How do I automatically send technicians their daily route schedule?

WebRun opens FieldRoutes every morning before routes begin, pulls each technician's stops for the day, and posts a clean Slack digest to your dispatch channel. Each section lists stops in drive order with service types, appointment windows, and any flagged customer notes so every technician starts the day with a clear plan.

  • Every technician gets their full day's stops in Slack before leaving the office
  • Customer notes and access instructions are never overlooked on a route
  • Dispatch spends zero time manually compiling and sending daily schedules

Questions, answered

Does it send anything to customers?

No. This is a purely internal digest posted to your Slack dispatch channel. Only your team sees it. No customer-facing messages are sent.

What if a route changes after the digest is sent?

WebRun reads the live schedule in FieldRoutes at run time. If routes are updated in FieldRoutes before the 6:30 AM run, the digest reflects those changes. For late changes, re-run it manually anytime.

Can it post to separate Slack channels for each technician?

Yes. Point each section to a technician-specific Slack channel by naming the channels in your setup, and WebRun will post each person's route to their own channel.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
