Will it raise invoices or chase buyers for me?
No. WebRun only lists what is unbilled and unpaid. Raising an invoice or messaging a buyer stays with you, so nothing goes out to a client without your say-so.
How does it know work was delivered?
It reads the completed and delivered status on your PeoplePerHour projects and milestones, then looks for an invoice covering that amount. Anything still in progress is left out.
What happens when an old invoice finally gets paid?
It reads live payment status each Monday, so a paid invoice is closed off in Airtable and drops out of the WhatsApp summary automatically.
