How do I automatically track late and damaged party rental returns?
WebRun opens Booqable every morning and identifies items that are overdue for return or flagged as damaged. Each issue is logged to Google Sheets with the customer name, item, and days overdue, and your team receives a Slack alert so follow-up happens fast, before the next booking is put at risk.
- Overdue returns are flagged the morning after the due date, not a week later
- Damage reports are logged with full item details the same day they come in
- Return notices are drafted for approval so your tone stays professional

Questions, answered
Will it send a late-return notice to the customer automatically?
No. WebRun drafts the notice and queues it for your review. No message reaches the customer until a team member approves and sends it, so your tone and timing stay fully under your control.
What counts as overdue?
Any item whose expected return date in Booqable has passed and whose status has not been updated to returned. You can also add a grace period so items are flagged only if they are more than a set number of hours late.
What if the return was checked in after the morning run?
WebRun reads live return status from Booqable on each run. Items that come back during the day are marked as returned in Booqable, and the next morning's run skips them automatically.
