How do I keep roll stock from running out before a press run?
WebRun checks your roll stock in EFI every Monday against the reorder point set for each grade and width. It drafts a purchase order in QuickBooks grouped by mill for anything running low, then posts your team a Slack alert for a manager to approve, so no press run stalls waiting on paper or film.
- Low roll stock is caught every Monday before a press run needs it
- A drafted purchase order is ready, grouped by mill, for one-click review
- No order reaches a mill without a manager approving it first

Questions, answered
Will it place the order with the mill on its own?
No. WebRun drafts the purchase order in QuickBooks and posts it to Slack for a manager to approve. Nothing is sent to a mill or supplier until a person reviews and approves it.
How does it know the reorder point for each roll?
It reads the reorder point you've set for each grade and width in EFI. If a roll has no reorder point set, it's flagged in the Slack alert so you can add one.
What if stock moves fast mid-week?
The check reflects EFI's quantities each Monday. If roll stock turns over quickly, you can set WebRun to run more often so a low grade doesn't wait a week for a reorder draft.
