Where do the pallet counts come from?
Straight from EFI's shipping or dispatch record for each completed shipment. WebRun doesn't count pallets itself, it reads the number already recorded in your system.
What if a shipment is split across multiple trucks?
Each dispatch is logged as its own row, so a split shipment shows as separate lines with its own carrier and BOL number instead of one combined total.
