How do I automatically remind nutrition clients about outstanding balances?
WebRun opens Healthie every Monday, finds every client with an outstanding balance, and drafts a polite payment reminder for each in Gmail. A Slack summary lists balances by size and age so you know which to prioritise, and nothing goes to a client until you approve the draft.
- Outstanding balances are followed up every week without an awkward manual conversation
- Largest and oldest balances are always flagged first for your attention
- Nothing is sent to a client without your explicit approval

Questions, answered
Will it contact clients about their balance without my approval?
No. Every payment reminder is drafted in Gmail and left unsent. You review each message before it reaches a client, so you stay in full control of billing conversations.
Can I set a minimum balance threshold before reminders are drafted?
Yes. Tell WebRun your minimum balance threshold (for example, balances over $20) and it will skip amounts below that level so you are not chasing trivial sums.
What if a client has already paid by the time I review the draft?
WebRun reads live Healthie balances on every run. If a client pays before you send the draft, their balance will be zero on the next run and no new reminder will be created.
