Questions, answered
Does it change alerts or acknowledge incidents in New Relic?
No. WebRun only reads your service level and error budget figures in New Relic. It never edits a service level, changes an alert condition, acknowledges an incident, or closes anything. Every write goes to your own Airtable base and Notion page.
What if a service has no service level defined yet?
It appears in the review as unmeasured rather than being skipped, so gaps in coverage are visible. Adding the service level in New Relic makes it show real attainment on the next run.
Can I run it more often than weekly?
Yes. A daily run works well during a rough patch, and the Airtable rows simply become daily instead of weekly. Weekly is the default because error budgets are usually reviewed on a weekly rhythm.
