In short

How do I get warned before a Namecheap SSL certificate expires?

WebRun signs into your Namecheap account every Monday and reads each SSL certificate's covered domain, status, and expiry date. It posts a watchlist of certificates expiring within sixty days into Microsoft Teams and messages you on WhatsApp about any inside the fourteen day critical window.

  • Certificates get renewed weeks before browsers start warning visitors
  • Paid but unactivated certificates are surfaced instead of forgotten
  • Nothing is purchased or renewed without a person doing it

Questions, answered

Will it renew or buy a certificate?

No. WebRun only reads your Namecheap SSL list. It never purchases, renews, reissues, or cancels a certificate, so no charge is ever made on your account.

Does it catch certificates I bought but never installed?

Yes. Any certificate showing as purchased or pending activation rather than active is called out in the Microsoft Teams watchlist, because an unactivated certificate protects nothing.

How early does it warn me?

Certificates within 60 days of expiry appear in the weekly Teams watchlist, and anything within 14 days also triggers a WhatsApp message so the urgent ones cannot be scrolled past.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
