Refresh borrower documents before they expire

Every Monday, WebRun opens Floify, checks the dated documents on each active loan, finds the paystubs, bank statements, and other items about to age out before closing, drafts a friendly request to each borrower for a fresh copy in Gmail, leaves every draft unsent for the loan officer, and posts a Slack list of which files need a refresh.

In short

How do I refresh borrower documents before they expire automatically?

Every Monday, WebRun opens Floify and checks each loan's dated documents, finding the paystubs and bank statements about to age out before closing. It drafts a friendly request to each borrower for a fresh copy in Gmail, leaves every draft unsent for the loan officer, and posts a Slack list of files needing a refresh.

  • Aging documents surface weekly, not the day before closing
  • Each refresh request is drafted and waiting for review
  • Files close with current documents, avoiding last-minute scrambles

Questions, answered

Will it email borrowers without me?

No. WebRun only drafts each refresh request in Gmail and leaves it unsent. The loan officer reads every message and clicks send, so nothing reaches a borrower without a person approving it first.

How does it know a document is about to expire?

It reads the date on each item in Floify and compares it against your validity window and the expected closing date. Tell WebRun your rules, for example paystubs within 30 days of closing, and it flags only documents that will age out in time.

Will it ask for something the borrower just refreshed?

No. WebRun checks the live document dates in Floify each run and skips any item that has already been updated, so a borrower is never asked twice for the same fresh copy.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
