See which students have not handed work in
Every Monday, WebRun signs in to Moodle, walks each of your courses, opens every assignment whose due date has passed, lists the students with no submission recorded, logs each one in Airtable with the course, assignment and days overdue, and writes a tutor roundup page in Notion grouped by course.

How do I see which students have missed assignment deadlines?
WebRun rounds up missing coursework every Monday. It opens each Moodle course, checks assignments whose due date has passed, lists students with nothing submitted, logs each case in Airtable with the days overdue, and writes a tutor roundup in Notion grouped by course.
- Every missed deadline is on a list within a week of passing
- Students with several open items are spotted before they fall behind
- Tutors start Monday with a course by course picture, not a hunt through Moodle

- Capture the course, assignment name, due date and days overdue for each student
- Skip students with an approved extension recorded on the assignment

-
2
Airtable - log each one with days overdue

- Add or update a row per missing submission with the student, course, assignment and days overdue
- Mark rows as Submitted when the work appears in a later run
- Count how many open items each student has so repeat cases stand out
Done when Airtable matches the live picture of missing submissions in Moodle.

Notion - write the tutor roundup

- Create this week's roundup page grouped by course, then by assignment
- Put students with three or more open items in a short follow-up section at the top

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it message students or parents?
No. WebRun writes an internal roundup in Notion and a log in Airtable. Every message to a student, parent or guardian is written and sent by a tutor, so nothing goes out automatically.
Does it change grades or extend deadlines?
No. WebRun only reads submission status. It never grades, never edits an assignment, never grants an extension and never alters a Moodle setting.
What about students with an approved extension?
They are skipped. WebRun reads the extension recorded on the assignment in Moodle and leaves those students off the missing list until their own date passes.
Put this on autopilot.
