In short

How do I know when my job ads are about to expire?

Every morning WebRun signs into Monster, reads your live job ads, and lists the ones whose posting expiry falls in the next few days alongside the applicant count each has pulled. It keeps the schedule in Airtable and texts the recruiter through Twilio before an ad for a still open role drops off.

  • A still open role does not go dark unnoticed
  • Every expiry decision comes with the ad's applicant count
  • The whole posting schedule sits in one base instead of the job board

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

    • Update the job ad base with today's expiry dates and applicant counts
    • Set title, status, expiry date, days remaining, and applicants on each row
    • Sort so the soonest expiry sits at the top and closed roles fall away

Done when The Airtable base shows every ad ordered by days until expiry.

  4. 3
Twilio - text before an ad drops off

    • Text the recruiter when an ad for an open role expires within 2 days
    • Include the job title, the applicant count so far, and the exact expiry date
    • Never renew, repost, or close an ad. Renewing costs money, so a person decides in Monster

Done when The recruiter has been texted about every ad about to lapse.

Questions, answered

Will it renew an expiring ad for me?

No. Renewing or reposting a job ad spends money, so WebRun never does it. It tells you which ads lapse and when, and a recruiter renews or closes each one in Monster.

Does it show how each ad performed?

Yes. Every row carries the applicant count so far, so an ad that expires having pulled almost nobody is an easy close and a busy one is an easy renew.

What about roles that have already been filled?

It reads the live job status each morning, so a role you closed drops out of the list and you stop being texted about an ad you no longer need.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
