In short

How do I get a weekly report on how our shared inbox was handled?

WebRun opens Missive every Monday and reads the past week across your shared inbox, counting conversations closed per teammate, which labels grew, and what is still open. It posts the scorecard to Slack and sends your support lead the oldest unanswered conversation on Telegram.

  • The team sees who carried the load before Monday standup
  • The oldest open conversation gets named instead of forgotten
  • Label growth shows what changed without anyone building a report

Questions, answered

Will it reply to customers in Missive?

No. WebRun only reads conversations and reports the totals. It never replies, closes, or reassigns a conversation, and the Slack scorecard is internal to your team.

What counts as handled by a teammate?

A conversation closed in Missive last week with that person as the assignee. Conversations still open are counted separately so the two numbers never overlap.

Can it cover more than one shared inbox?

Yes. Name the inboxes or labels you want in scope and WebRun tallies each one, then posts them as separate sections in the same Slack scorecard.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
