Chase the deals that have gone quiet

Every morning, WebRun opens Microsoft Dynamics 365, finds open opportunities with no logged activity in the last 14 days, ranks them by value and close date, sends the owner a Telegram list of who to call back first, and queues a short check-in text in Twilio that a human approves before it goes out.

In short

How do I follow up on Dynamics 365 deals that have gone quiet?

WebRun opens Microsoft Dynamics 365 every morning, finds open opportunities with no logged activity in 14 days, and ranks them by value and days silent. It sends each owner a Telegram callback list and queues a short check-in text in Twilio, unsent, so a human approves every message before it reaches a customer.

  • No open deal sits untouched for more than two weeks
  • Reps start the day with a callback list ranked by deal value
  • Every customer text waits for a human approval before it sends

    • Filter to opportunities that are still open and past their expected close date or with no activity logged in 14 days
    • Capture the account, contact, owner, estimated value, stage, and the date of the last logged activity
    • Read the most recent note or email on each record so the follow-up has context
    • Rank the list by value first, then by how long the deal has been silent

    • Include the account name, the amount, the stage, and the days since last contact
    • Add the one-line context from the latest note so the rep can pick up the thread
    • Repeat only deals that are still silent, never the ones touched since yesterday

Done when Every owner has today's ranked callback list on Telegram.

  4. 3

Questions, answered

Will it text customers without my approval?

No. Every check-in message is queued in Twilio as unsent and waits for a human to approve it. Only the internal Telegram list to your own reps is delivered automatically.

Does it change anything in my CRM?

No. WebRun reads the Opportunities views in Dynamics 365 and reports what it finds. It does not edit stages, close deals, reassign owners, or write notes onto records.

How does it decide a deal has gone quiet?

A deal is quiet when it is still open and has had no logged activity for 14 days, or has passed its expected close date. You can change the window, and deals touched since the last run drop off the list.

Put this on autopilot.
