Know if your ad budget is pacing right

Every morning, WebRun opens Microsoft Advertising, reads yesterday's spend, clicks, and conversions per campaign, writes the figures into an Airtable pacing table, and updates a Notion page saying which campaigns are running hot, cold, or on track for the month.

In short

How do I track whether my ad campaigns are pacing to budget?

WebRun opens Microsoft Advertising every morning and reads yesterday's spend, clicks, and conversions for each campaign. It logs the figures in Airtable, tracks month-to-date pace against budget, and writes a dated Notion note naming which campaigns run hot, which underspend, and which sit on track.

  • Overspend and underspend surface the next morning, not at month end
  • A per-campaign daily spend history builds up in Airtable
  • No one exports the same Microsoft Advertising report by hand each day

Questions, answered

Will it change my budgets or bids?

No. WebRun reads the account and writes its recommendation into Notion for you. It never edits a budget, a bid, a keyword, or a campaign status, so nothing in your ad account changes without a human doing it.

Does it handle several accounts?

Yes. Point it at each account you manage and it walks them in turn, writing one Airtable row per campaign per day and grouping the Notion note by account so agency reporting stays readable.

What if a campaign spent nothing yesterday?

It still gets a row, with zero spend and a note explaining why: paused, out of budget, or no longer delivering. Silent campaigns are the ones worth catching, so they are never dropped from the log.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
