No. WebRun only reads scrap and NCR data in Fulcrum to build the report. Closing, dispositioning, or editing a non-conformance report stays with your quality team inside Fulcrum.
How is the reject rate worked out?
WebRun reads scrapped quantity and quantity produced for each part from Fulcrum, then calculates scrapped over produced as a percentage and ranks parts and work areas from worst to best.
Can it show whether quality is improving?
Yes. The scorecard compares this week's reject rate against the prior week and logs the history to a Google Sheet, so you can see whether a part or work area is trending up or down.
